Our chef, Mr Pon, grew up and trained in Asia. He has worked alongside several of the most renowned French chefs in some of the finest establishments. He only uses fresh ingredients, sourced at origin. He fuses traditional cuisine with a hint of innovation, a little touch that gives his dishes both finesse and originality.
