Café Séraphin is situated close to Place de la République and the Canal St Martin, in one of the trendiest areas of the capital.

It has an original décor, combining different materials like wood, resin, iron and stone with vibrant colours. Our chef, Mr Pon, grew up and trained in Asia. He has worked alongside several of the most renowned French chefs in some of the finest establishments. He only uses fresh ingredients, sourced at origin. He fuses traditional cuisine with a hint of innovation, a little touch that gives his dishes both finesse and originality.
